SMS-Automation runs officially recognized Competence Centers for Siemens SCADA-systems: SIMATIC WinCC and SIMATIC ProTool. Engineers of the Competence Center possess solid theoretical and practical knowledge of Siemens solutions for control systems and applications.

Siemens (Automation & Drives department) has granted to SMS-Automation the right to perform the following activities in Russia:

• Provide support for WinCC, ProTool and their options;
• Provide support for open interfaces of WinCC (API, Sybase SQL Anywhere, ActiveX, OPC);
• Provide consultancy services on control systems design and implementation;
• Run seminars and tutorials on WinCC and ProTool;
• Develop add-ons for WinCC;
• Translate and prepare technical manuals;
• Prepare and run training courses on WinCC and ProTool.
